Maintenance for Stainless Steel
Production Maintenance:
During the product manufacturing process, stainless steel surface protection is extremely important. Generally, to prevent from damages, protective film is pasted on the surface to avoid any scratches or damages that can occur during or after the production process. Before the products are delivered, protective films are to stay on every single stainless steel sheet to ensure the products are well protected and will remain at their best quality.
On-Site Maintenance:
When finished products are ready to be delivered to the site, proper packaging and protective measures should be followed. Depending on the products’ sizes, shapes, and shipping methods, appropriate cushions, wooden pallets, or wooden cases are applied.
Aside from caution during delivery, on-site maintenance also include moving the products with care and watching out for on-site corrosive liquids, acidic detergents, or construction cement penetrating the protective film and damaging the material.
